Apparently this truck tried to make it across the flooded road and failed. Occasionally even a casual photographer gets a good shot and this is one of them. The way the man, who I presume is the driver, is standing in the water and looking at the camera really makes the shot. Anyway, we made it to the other side safely although the water was above our knees, even in the cart.
